By purchasing a Kirkpatrick Bronze ticket in our Summer Sale 2024 offer, you adhere to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Applicability
1.1 The following terms and conditions apply to the sale (by us) of a single ticket on our Kirkpatrick Bronze Autumn 2024 Programme which will take place on 30/09/2024 and 07/10/2024, per our Summer Sale offer, which entitles the recipient to receive the following: a 202210.9″ Apple iPad with 64 GB storage in the colour Silver (henceforth referred to as The Gift). No such conflicting, contrary or additional terms and conditions shall be deemed accepted by us unless and until we expressly confirm our acceptance in writing.
1.2 We reserve the right to change these conditions at any time. We will give you 10 calendar days’ notice of any changes by contacting you directly.
2. Conditions of Offer
2.1 You must have purchased one full price ticket to be eligible to receive The Gift from us as part of the offer and applied the code SUMMERSALE24 at the checkout.
2.2 The offer is only valid from 19.08.2024 until the 30.09.2024.
2.3 Recipients will only receive The Gift once they have completed both days of the Kirkpatrick Bronze Programme (taking place on the 30/09/2024 and the 07/10/2024). If the recipient cancels their booking, or drops out, they will not be entitled to receive The Gift.
2.4 The Gift cannot be altered in any way.
2.5 The Gift cannot be exchanged or swapped for the cash equivalent.
2.6 This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other gifts or offers.
